▸What happens to my existing contacts?
We migrate them. Send us your export (or CSV) and it goes through the same intake gate as live leads: normalized, deduplicated with newest-data-wins merging, tagged by source. Historical records don't trigger alarms.
▸How do the AI credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance ($5–$250 in credits). One credit = $1, bought in $20 packs ($20 = 20 credits). A draft, score, or extraction costs 1 credit; the exact cost shows before you click, failed actions auto-refund. Optional auto-refill — off by default — tops up to the next $20 when you run low and emails a receipt every time.
▸What about texting and MLS listings?
You bring your own keys. SMS, voice, and the power dialer run on your own Twilio account, and IDX/MLS listings run on your own MLS/IDX credentials — connect both in Settings → Integrations and you pay those providers directly at their rates. AI is the exception: it's included with every plan and metered in monthly credits, so there's nothing extra to connect.
